Refund policy

We stand behind every Aish Tamid product with a satisfaction guarantee. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in brand-new condition — unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at info@aishtamidhats.com or WhatsApp us at +1 (848) 469-9344. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 766 East Lawn Drive, Teaneck, NJ 07666, United States.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and a 15% restocking fee applies to all returns. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Any issue from our end will be properly and promptly addressed — we'll take care of you. Return shipping costs and the restocking fee do not apply to defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Custom and personalized orders (including custom-embroidered and made-to-order items) cannot be returned. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once we receive your return and our team inspects the item's condition, we'll notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method (less the 15% restocking fee) within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
